SAP CHANGE MANAGER/CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - ENGLISH SPEAKING - UTRECHT, THE NETHERLANDS.

My client in Utrecht, The Netherlands is looking for a Change Manager/Change Management Consultant for an SAP Implementation Project.

MISSION OF THE ROLE

To minimize disruption of daily operations during and post go-live in SAP accounting, finance and purchasing by defining, coordinating & executing change management actions together with the project team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & KPI'S

1. Analyze organizational impact of project and readiness: feasibility, skills gap, workload, ways of working & collaboration, level of resistance, etc., create/execute a change management roadmap and responsible for organization readiness at Go- live.
2. Define & execute communication strategy: align on & communicate the vision for the project, mapping and managing stakeholders, engagement plan, progress reports
3. Define, coordinate & execute training plan and follow up EU readiness
4. Identify & mobilize change agents
5. Build & celebrate short term implementation wins
6. Define, coordinate authorization & SAP roles for each user (on link with Internal audit if existing or Finance)

TARGET ACHIEVEMENTS

Successful & sustainable acceptance of the SAP implementation from an organizational change perspective

KEY CHALLENGES

Aligning change actions & timing across 2 locations & different teams will be a challenge
