SAP Change Manager - 2 year contract!

The SAP Change Manager will manage all change activities for the division. They will ensure change management is undertaken in a harmonized and consistent manner by working closely with the Global Template change manager, by adapting tools & templates and deliverables to specific business needs.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Contribute to, and implement, a change strategy that enables all business units in that division to manage change in a consistent and harmonised way.
Work closely with the Organisation Change Manager and liaise with other Project team members to develop and refine change interventions and alignment to plan
Manage the development, approval, delivery and distribution of change plans and activities to business unit deployment teams.
Manage stakeholders and coordinate, collate and process business stakeholder input into organisation change management requirements
Manage the two way communication process, using core materials and developing divisional specific communications and events.
Manage the adoption and adaptation of training for specific divisions and working alongside the Implementation Team Manager, ensure all training deliverables are completed on time.
Refine and manage the business readiness process and ensure consistency in the application and adaptation of business readiness, business impacts and gap analysis with business units and divisions.
Manage the alignment of business unit positions to employees and manage role requests and segregation of duties for each business unit within their division.
Manage specific change request into CM change process.
Manage the plan and tracking of change activities in the division and raise appropriate RAID.
Assist Organisation Change Manager in evaluating all change interventions.

REPORTING
This role will report to the deployment Manager, and will have activities managed by the GT organisational change manager but will also get direction from the Division.

SCOPE
Works with all levels of division and business units to develop and deliver change interventions into their business units
Works closely with senior members of the Global Template Team and co-workers in the Change Management workstream.
Key influence in the reception of GT into the dedicated division and its business units and in managing lessons learned from one deployment to another.

SPECIAL FACTORS
Some international travel will be required

Essential Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience
Knowledge of change methodologies and SAP ERP best practice
Evidenced experience of managing change for a major transformation programme
In-depth knowledge of one of clients divisions.
Ability to transform business requirements into a workable alignment strategy and plan
Ability to manage and produce materials to assist deployment teams to manage change interventions
Facilitation experience for managing a number of key contributors

Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
Strong and effective change management skills
Willing to challenge accepted norm and drive change processes
Able to work effectively and collaborate across different levels, business units and locations
Ability to present difficult concepts in easy to understand English
Ability to produce clear and concise materials and documentation
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Highly organised
