Hanson Regan Limited is searching for an experience Organisational Change Manager to take part in the implementation of SAP.
The Change Manager will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
Key duties:
- Undertake a change impact assessment arising from the design phase.
- Develop a change management strategy
- Focus on the realisation of business case targets and project scope.
- Own the execution of the training aspects of the overall SAP implementation
- Coach executive leaders who are change sponsors.
- Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions
- Assist project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
- Add input to Roll-out planning
- Work with communications, training, HR and other specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation.
