SAP Change Manager

Portland Resourcing is looking for a SAP Change Manager to be based in Illinois

Candidates must have:
Knowledge of SAP implementation obtained in a Manufacturing background
PC literate with detailed knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel
Previous change management experience at least 5 years
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
Accuracy and attention to detail
Focus on timely delivery of results
Ability to work in a high pressure environment
Self-motivated
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with a wide range of stakeholders via email, telephone and in person
Presents and pursues ideas in a logical and organised manner
Ability to develop and retain professional relationships with business stakeholders/Super and End users
Demonstrates helpfulness, flexibility, and reliability in accepting work assignments
Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with other members of the project
Willing to take ownership and responsibility for problem resolution within sphere of influence
Proactive and resourceful in resolving problems
