SAP Change Coordinator/Lead

SAP Change coordinator/Lead needed for a multi country SAP implementation/roll out.

This role is initially for 6 months but extensions up to 18 months are likely. Start ideally ASAP but for the right candidate we can wait for a start date beginning of January.

Project language is English.

Spec:

- 7+ years SAP experience
- 5+ Years as an SAP Project Change Lead and Coordinator experience.
- Working closely with the Super and Business Users
- Coordination of Training
- Coordination of the users
- Hands-on Change Lead and Coordinator.
- Leading Change and Communications in the business.
- Motivator for people during and post programme.
- Advise the users of the change that will be involved to process and systems..
- 2-3 e2e SAP implementations
- Experience of working closely with PMO and C-Levels
- Working with large consultancies/Third party on Global Implementations
- 80% based in NL (Global Travel remaining 20%)
