SAP Change Analyst

One of our clients, an international company in the Marketing & Advertisement industry is currently looking for a Change Analyst with experience in SAP Implementations

Role:

- Working for the Solution Adoption Manager the Analyst role is to support all the Solution Adoption activities for a deployment and engage with Agency end users and stakeholders across all Agency locations in France
- Deliver the Solution Adoption project activities in line with recognized best practice methodology (managing risk, governance,quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting), where the successful implementation of these are just as critical to project success as technology
- Adhere to relevant escalation processes to escalate resource issues, delayed project phases, missed deadlines and other planning issues
- Assist in the creation and effectively manage the stakeholder program, incorporating other project work-streams in the process
- Ensure products and services delivered through Solution Adoption are within time and budget constraints and meet the required level of quality
- Review the outcomes of the Solution Adoption Activities to determine any corrective actions that could be taken to improve future delivery in terms of cost, quality and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

Solution Adoption program:

* Change impact end user assessments
* End User and Stakeholder program engagement
* Communications planning and management
* Workshop facilitation
* Super User program
* Role mapping
* Training program management and in some cases co-facilitation
* Training material support documents - quick reference guides, etc.(core training materials are developed by the training content team)
* Site go-live readiness plans and management
* Post Go Live support and transition to Business as Usual operation

Profile:

* BS Degree level or equivalent desirable plus 5 years related experience
* Worked on SAP implementations (FI/CO, SD/MM)
* Experience of change activities through the full project life cycle
* Developed communication and diplomacy skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence client and stakeholder relationships
* Demonstrable experience and capability to manage projects autonomously
* Advertising/Service industry background/experience would bebeneficial
* English/French fluent
