SAP BW Expert Sizing Mission

SAP BW Sizing Mission: A hardware change pre-study will done by a SAP BW expert that will guide my client to order the right sized new hardware with eventually recommendations for SAP BW extensions (eg BI Accelerator) so that could cover the BW upcoming needs for the 4 next years.
My client is located in Brussels.
THE PRE-STUDY DONE BY THE SAP BW EXPERT WILL BE COMPOSED BY THE FOLLOWING 3 STEPS:
An audit of the actual usage of our BW environment.
This audit mission must not only measure the actual load but also provide if needed
enhancements on the actual SAP BW usage:
oUploads strategy (Full, Delta, )
oDetect most bad performing queries
oEventually quick review of Data model setup
An interview process of the different stakeholders to evaluate the new needs.
BW Functional teams (2 teams) will give their input during a sizing interview:
o Of course they will describe their new projects.
But also the future of actual tools (eg will BPC still be the Fluxys Budget Control tool in the future and if yes what with the aim for it's dedicated BW system).
o But other more technical points should be discussed:
eg the aim that massive uploads must be possible during Working hours
eg the aim to do delta uploads on a regular daily base on demand or automatically during working hours
- Summarize the points here above and integrate them to cover the hardware requirements described here below.
The requirements this hardware must fulfil are:
1. It must be powerful enough to give an answer to the actual workload issues
2. It must be powerful enough based prorate on the today known upcoming projects to resist on 4 years load growth
3. New hardware must be ready for an upgrade from SAP BW 7.01 to 7.4 and an Oracle Upgrade from version 10.2.04 to 11.2.0.3
