SAP BW Developers x 3

This role is for a SAP BW application developer on a significant BI Program with a large ASX listed entity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working with the solution architect, technical lead and business to verify that the SAP BI data model captures the business requirements
- Being responsible for data model design, both from a functional and technical standpoint
- Using the implementation strategy and Datamodelling decisions of the solution architect to implement the business requirements in the SAP BW system
- Being responsible for the development and testing of the required SAP BW application components (Infoobjects, DSO, Infocube etc)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 3+ years BW development experience covering ETL processes, DSO/cubes, BEx and web based queries/workbooks and additional reporting tools
- Experience working for multiple organisations/several SAP BW Project implementations
- MUST have fSTRONG/CURRENT SAP BI/BW design, development and supportSAP BI 7.x. experience is required.
- Business requirements analysis and solid BW design experience
- Working knowledge of interfacing SAP BW to Business Objects
- MUST have experience with performance review/optimization tools (aggregates, OLAP cache, compression, partitions, etc.)
- Experienced in blueprinting, GAP analysis between requirements and available BW functionalities
- Experience in BW hands-on reporting and configuration
- Experience on full life cycle BW implementation
- Expertise in BW configuration of BW data objects including Infoobjects, Infosources, Transfer/Update Rules, ODS, InfoProviders, Multiproviders
- Coordination of unit, system, regression testing on new RICEFs and changes to existing RICEFs;
- Detailed knowledge in configuration of BW data
- Detailed knowledge in configuration of BW extractors from SAP R/3 and non-SAP and working knowledge of SAP structures, object dependencies and tables
