SAP BW Consultant

My client, a leading Gold Coast employer, is urgently seeking an SAP Business Warehouse Consultant for an initial 8 month contract with strong possibility of extension.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- Demonstrated experience in applying SAP Business Warehouse best practices to design, implement and support the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions in conjunction with the Business Objects tools outlined below
- Demonstrated effective analytical, problem solving and investigative skills with the ability to initiate, formulate, implement, monitor and evaluate Business Warehouse solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Demonstrated experience and substantial knowledge in the support and ongoing development of Business Warehouse Architecture, particularly in the areas of Data Warehousing, Query and Analysis, Data Migration, and Information Management in a complex, multidisciplinary organisation
- Certification in SAP Business Warehouse will be highly regarded.

ESSENTIAL SYSTEMS USED AND/OR SUPPORTED BY THIS POSITION ARE:

- SAP Business Warehouse 7 or higher (SAP Data Warehousing Architecture)
- SAP Integration Kits for Business Objects (Tools and Technologies for extracting data to and from SAP ERP/BW for reporting and/or migration)

BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE:

- SAP Business Objects Enterprise XI (Business Intelligence Architecture and associated development tools (Crystal Reports, Xcelsius, Web Intelligence)
- SAP Business Objects Data Services
- (Data Integrator, Data Quality, Data Federator) or similar ETL tool (ETL, Data Analysis, Metadata Management and Lineage)
