SAP Business Systems Analyst/Solution Architect

Harvey Nash is looking for a SAP Business Systems Analyst/Solution Architect for a 5 + month project in Switzerland.

You are responsible for

. Analyzing, Designing and building reliable, scalable and maintainable GxP solutions; configuring, testing, deploying new, and maintaining and enhancing existing system functionalities SAP QM, SAP LE and PP-PI
. Creating system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test plans and scripts, installation scripts, OQs/PQs, training materials
. Ensuring system compliance and auditing readiness by following SDLC and computer system validation methodology
. Leading solution delivery by working with cross-functional IT teams following change and release management processes; implementing solutions that optimize systems' performance; Provide 2nd/3rd level support
. Providing content knowledge on Incident, Problem, and Change management processes to appropriate IT teams
. Supporting business organization in creation of SOPs, work instructions, training, etc. as needed, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and ensure efficiencies with solutions' delivery

Requirements

. 7+ years of SAP functional experience in Quality Management (QM), Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI) modules and Logistics Execution (LE)
. Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other validated environment (GxP)
. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and acting as a self-starter, results-oriented with a track record of timely delivery of high-quality solutions
. Ability to work with a high profile cross functional team (In order to support both, the regional and global user community, this role requires some flexibility in work hours)
. Excellent verbal and written communications skills; strong presentation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
. 3+ years of experience with Material Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Logistics Execution (LE) and Sales and Distribution (SD) is highly beneficial; Global Label Management (GLM) is desirable
. Knowledge of supply chain and clinical business processes is a big plus
. ABAP development experience is advantageous
