Business Application Manager - SAP - Up to £110k basic + £7k car allowance + 20% bonus!

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the world's leading companies in a position of great stature that reports into the IT Director. This role will sits at virtually the top of the tree in terms of IT and is the top of the tree in terms of SAP Supply Chain and E-Commerce. For the right candidate the next stop would be IT Director!

Role:

- Provide IT Leadership to business application strategy; including governing, owning, defining and supporting business processes and associated systems.
- Manage the IT Teams across SAP Supply Chain and E-Commerce including managing careers, developing skills and coordinating their activities.
- Build relationships with key business stakeholders and board members.
- Implement solutions to meet the requirements of individual business units and corporate centre.
- Support the business in the day to day running of the operational business systems.
- Promote the use of SAP and related systems
- Work as part of Senior IT Management to recognise, define and deliver new initiatives and on-going technology developments.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience within a senior IT management role
- Managed large teams and been responsible for their activities and development
- Extensive experience of all aspects of the project life cycle
- High level SAP understanding (ideally across supply chain/logistics)
- Relationship management skills; stakeholders & other senior members
- Project and or programme management experience
- Developed high level strategy and roadmaps for IT
- Proven communication skills
