SAP Business Analyst & Test Manager (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
The candidate will work in the Cost Accounting Steering Centre based in Brussels for ONE CAPP Project.
The One CAPP project is to implement Purchase to Pay Process and to provide an SAP based Cost Accounting solution for the domestic market entities in France, Belgium and Luxembourg
SAP modules in scope are FI/CO, MM, PS, AA & SD/AR (not limitative). SAP is integrated with the ReadSoft solution for workflow & requisition/ordering, an external provider for invoice scanning & dematerialisation (e-invoicing), centralised offshore operational treatment and connected to an in-house developed centralised general ledger system.
We are currently looking for a Test Manager in P2P and SAP integration project with proven project management and SAP test management methodology in large companies (references to be provided) and in an international environment.

Function Description
Your mission is to:
° Perform and document the testing of the new SAP and Readsoft solution delivered by the IT team, checking that the delivered product works according to the design and business requirements
° Capacity to manage test team and ensure close follow up (documented) of test activities.
° Report test status to Management
° Confirm with the relevant stakeholders possible deviations between the design and the solution
° Follow-up with the IT department for the resolution of defects
° Raise any risk or issue on planning, quality or scope
° Support the process documentation team
° Provide assistance to the key users during User Acceptance Testing
° Participate in non regression testing
° Participate during after-care (after go-live) in the analysis of the issues raised by the business

Education
Master or equivalent by experience in Finance/IT

Certification
SAP certification
It is an asset if you have Financial degree or relevant experience.

Languages Requirement
French Fluent
Dutch Not mandatory but good knowledge would be an asset

Business Experience
Mandatory
° Relevant experience in Test Management and Test Strategy defintion (proven experience needed)
° Relevant proven experience in SAP integration projects in large companies (references to be provided), or implementation of purchase orders in an integrated tool.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
° SAP ECC (FI-CO/ AA / PS / SD / MM) and / or Readsoft (or similar product)
° HP Quality Center or similar testing tool.
