Whitehall Resources are looking for an SAP Business Analyst - French Speaking
Requirements:
Technical skills:
-Degree in computer science or higher degree with years of experience in computer science/information systems design.
- Ability to management, autonomy, organization of work.
- Required expertise in the following SAP modules (more than 5 years experience):
- PS (Project System)
- PM (Plant Maintenance)
- CS (Customer Service)
Responsibilities:
1.Responsibility functional analysis of computer systems:
- Design and analyze automated processes based on business processes.
- Participate in the Project Committee
- Develop functional specifications (functional specifications).
-Respect and enrich the methods, standards and procedures.
-Ensure the proper transmission needs of developers and ensure their proper understanding.
- Coordinate the preparation of application instructions with the User Support for Process Owners.
2. Responsibility of the tests:
- Translate designs in test cases, test conditions and test data for acceptance and performance tests.
- Follow the methods, standards and procedures.
- functionally validate the achievements of internal and external developers.
3. Business relations:
- Develop and enhance the relationship between IT and business key actors in the projects.
- Facilitate two-way communication between business and IT.
- Support the project manager for change management.
4. Relations IT:
- Identify, anticipate and facilitate the transfer of information to the operational maintenance services
management of information and development teams.
5. Documentation and quality management:
-Identify and capitalize on good practices of project analysis.
- Document a comprehensive, clear and analyzes in the development or maintenance activities.
- Contribute to the improvement of IT processes.
