SAP Business Analyst, Change Management (Contract)

For an international pharmaceutical institution in Basel we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge as a SAP Business Analyst, Change Management (Contract).

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Identify gaps in existing functionalities and review requirements with stakeholders
- Evolve requirement specifications for determining the estimation of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
- Communicate constantly with stakeholders considering new services and major upgrades
- Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services
- Ensure all business end-user requirements for all IT services are documented through Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

REQUIREMENTS

- 3 to 6 years' experience in PHARMA company as Supply Chain Business Analyst/IT or business consultancy (preferred in R&D area - clinical supply area)
- Degree or Master Degree in computer sciences or similar
- Long-term experience on PROJECTS AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Good Experience FORECASTING/DEMAND MANAGEMENT (DEMAND PLA
- NNING 2 YEARS HORIZON)
- Excellent ENGLISH written and spoken, second language is a PLUS (German, French or Italian)
- High level knowledge of CLINICAL SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESSES:
- CSV, GxP, ICE
- Business Process formalization (Visio, iServer, Enterprise architecture)
- Interfaces Concept
- Beneficial knowledge of ECC Supply Chain Modules:
- MM, SD
- Inventory and ware house management
- Deep knowhow of Manufacturing SAP-ECC Area:
-APO, P
-Interfaces structure and landscape systems

CONTRACT DETAILS

- Start: 01st September 2017
- Duration: 6 months +
- Rate: CHF 105/h (all inclusive)
