SAP Business Analyst - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Senior SAP Business Analyst with focus on FI,CO, HR, MM and PS modules to be based from Abu Dhabi. This is a six month fixed term contract with an opportunity to extend.

Key competencies for the role holder:
*Bachelor's degree/Masters/Advanced Degree a plus
*7+ years of experience
*Solid background in SAP
*Experience with SAP FI, CO, HR, MM and PS implementation
*Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific requirements.
*Making sure that the recommended solution is commercial yet competitive.
*Documenting and analysing the required information and data.
*Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications.
*Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements
*Very strong technical skills coupled with Business Intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
*Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
*Experience of the middle eastern market will be preferred
*Show sound judgment in problem analysis, problem solving, and strategic thinking/Show confidence in managing cross functional communication
*Possess solid verbal and written communication skills
*Excellent skills in leading change and gaining commitment
