SAP Business Analyst

One of our clients, an international company in the IT services' sector currently requires an SAP Business Analyst/Functional Analyst

Job description:

The candidate will work in the Cost Accounting Steering Centre based in Brussels on the SAP platform for the French entities.

Tasks:

* You are in charge of providing functional support for the French entities on the SAPplatform.

* Provide support when needed, organise/attend the necessary functional workshops with end users to gather the requirements and answer their needs

* Prepare Functional Analysis documentation (Translation of needs intospecifications)

* Ensure that end users understood the requirements

* You are the accounting contact of the metiers, Business Analysis (IT) and SAP Project Management for French entities

* Follow-upof the monthly closing and preparation of the yearly closing

* Follow-up of the expense notes correct flow

*Preparation of the yearly prorate process

* You coordinate the necessary change management initiatives

* Provide process impact input to the Process team

*Prepare/update training material

Skills:

* Analysis and coordination skills to carry out the tasks

Required languages:

* Fluent in FR and EN

* Good level of NL
