SAP BODS Migration Specialist

For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

SAP BODS MIGRATION SPECIALIST

to design and build a Data Conversion solution in SAP BODS for our client, who is migrating to a SAP solution based on SAP for Retail and the CRM module.  

Responsibilities will include:

- Liaise with Local Data Migration Team and Legacy IS to collect data extraction and cleansing requirements, in order to define and document the data cleansing solution 
- Support Local Business in defining mappings and business rules to transform Legacy data into the new Retail format
- Define and document data transformations required to migrate cleansed Legacy data to the new Retail format, including:
- mappings
- transformation rules
- data quality checks
- validation checks
- Define and document data loading functionality, required to ensure proper loading of data into the new Retail environments for mock loads and cutover load
- Deliver specific detailed designs of the Data Conversion solution in SAP BODS
- Liaise with development teams to estimate and plan delivery of developments
- Support Local Business during migrated data validation activities

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

- Good experience as a Data Migration specialist for Master Data and Transactional Data in SAP context
- SAP BODS expertise on ETL implementations
- Experience with SAP for Retail, and/or SAP CRM
- Strong communication and consulting skills 

THIS IS A FULL TIME CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT LOCATED IN LAUSANNE, STARTING IN JANUARY 2014, FOR UP TO 10 MONTHS IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.  INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
