SAP BODS (+MDM) Lead

Next Ventures is urgently looking for an experienced SAP BODS MDM team lead to manage the information management delivery team. Primarily, the focus of this role is on SAP DataServices (BODS) and so skills with this tool are considered essential, in addition to standard team lead skills such as planning and organizing work across multiple projects. There is a small amount of SAP MDM delivery by this same team, and so the ideal candidate would have experience in this area too but this is not essential.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

- Lead a team of BODS and SAP MDM resources, helping to plan and organize work as well as developing technical skills within the team
- Manage stakeholder relationships, eg customers/support organization
- Analyze business requirements and provide cost/effort estimates
- Design, develop, and implement ETL data flows utilizing BODS
- Provide technical direction required to resolve complex issues
- Govern BODS designs and guidelines, provide quality assurance

Skills:

- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ETL processes utilizing BODS
- Experience in leading a team
- Nice to have: SAP MDM, SAP Java Webdynpro, SAP HANA, SAP BW

Fluency in Dutch is a bonus.
