SAP BOBJ Consultant

An experienced senior SAP BOBJ Technical Architect with exceptionally strong knowledge of BI technology and a report development expert.
At least 10 years of experience in business consulting, problem definition, architecture/design/testing/implementations
At least 5 full life cycle implementation experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment.
Expertise in BO universe modelling, schema creation, BICS connectivity, configuration,
Expertise in developing reports, dashboards and visualizations using all tools available in BusinessObjects BI suite (Dashboard Manager, Lumira, Crystal, Explorer, Web Intelligence, Analysis, Mobility)
Responsible for the SAP BOBJ development life cycle from design through implementation and production support.
Participates in the business requirements gathering and help to develop functional specifications.
Designs and develops BOBJ objects including completing technical design specifications, coding and testing of custom objects based on Functional Design Specification.
Documents test plans, scripts and completes unit testing of developed objects.
Ensures efficient coding on modified or custom programs following the development standards and SLDC.
Develops, maintains, monitors and manages data loads and functions.
Works closely with Testing/Business resources to support system and integration testing.
Responsible for supporting Business Objects reports in production and new report development.
Responsible for root cause analysis and providing solutions for production and development issues.
Participates in code reviews and integration testing reviews.
Expertise in system and server administration, security, DB auditing, performance tuning and backups
Environment analysis, sizing recommendations, installations and configurations
Participates in knowledge transfer activities and support training development.
