IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Report to the E-Processing Manager and play a key role in the development and delivery of operational improvements to establish a modern and robust IT and Operational Framework for the Global E-Processing Client Service Delivery
-Business Analysis for the E-Processing strategic projects and change initiatives, where you will act as Project Management Support or Change Lead for all Priority E-Processing strategic projects, such as ACORD Version upgrades
-Provide coordination, support and assistance as required to support the E-Processing Management change and release management (from incident management through to problem resolution) – in collaboration with the E-Processing Analyst, and maintain risk mitigation controls to assist with defect management
-Provide coordination, support and assistance as required for the E-Processing policies and procedures
-Provide specialist support and assistance as required on E-Processing market initiatives, especially in conjunction with electronic placement, hub services, standards enhancements and new target operating model

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Education/qualification in Project Management/Computer Science/Engineering or a related field; alternatively, in Business Administration/Accounting and Finance or IT Business Analysis
-Fundamental industry experience in Insurance or Reinsurance – especially back office administration
-Established consulting experience with focus in Financial Services especially insurance or reinsurance sector
-Experience in SAP Business Object (BO) reporting – especially to create new, modify existing reports and perform data analysis
-Background focusing on IT delivery, Operational Excellence or Financial Management is desirable
-Technical experience in solution delivery and project work
-Strong interest in and demonstrable exposure to solution testing and end-to-end UAT cycles
-Exposure to project management support work, standards, methodologies and concepts (especially in matters of solution design, testing and issue resolution)
-Exposure to business requirements gathering and drafting of functional specifications
-Fluency in English
