SAP BI Technical Lead/SAP BI Solution Architect SAP CRM

SAP BI TECHNICAL LEAD/SOLUTION ARCHITECT - SAP BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE FOR SAP CRM required to join a leading global brand - end user environment - long term contract 12 months+. Based in NEW JERSEY, New York, Tri-state area, USA - East Coast USA.

SAP BI Technical Lead/Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing and the optimization of a global SAP CRM/BW 7.4 SOLUTION FOR THE CRM DOMAIN OF A LARGE SCALE TEMPLATE IMPLEMENTATION.

Deliverables:

- THE MAIN MISSION IS TO UNDERSTAND THE SAP BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE - SAP CRM REPORTING REQUIREMENTS COMING FROM THE NEW COUNTRY DEPLOYMENTS OR IMPROVEMENT REQUESTS, AND PROPOSE THE BEST SOLUTION TO SOLVE THEM WITH THE GLOBAL TEMPLATE, OR WITH COUNTRY-SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENTS 
- Co-owner of this solution together with a Functional Solution Owner and will report to the Core Reporting lead 
- Owner of the Business reporting and Intelligence solution for CRM and strategy from a technical perspective Modeling data. 
- Be the reference person guiding the BW-CRM developers, and will also be asked to contribute to the strategic evolution of the Core template, and to provide guidance to the Regional BW expertise centers. 
- Hands-on building of components, dataflows, reports, optimizations, diagnostics. 
- Work consistently to refine and optimize the design of the BW solution, to make sure that it scales up in all regions. 
- Responsible for the technical quality of the solution, supervise the developments, perform code reviews. 
- Provide the ultimate contact person for support, assist Regional Centers in critical incidents diagnostic. 
- Oversee technically the constant workstream of change requests, and new projects (which range from 5 to 30 days) 
- Guide, mentor the developer team. 
- Researches new reporting process enhancements and technologies to determine fit with the firm's architecture 
- lead specific projects 

Experience required:

- Excellent knowledge of SAP BW: 7+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A SAP BI/SAP BW CONSULTANT DESIGNING AND DELIVERING COMPLEX SAP BW/SAP BI ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS FOR GLOBAL ORGANIZATIONS. 
- Strong modelling skills. 
- Excellent understanding of BW data structures, underlying performance factors, ideally validated by having worked on solution support. 
- Masters the SAP-CRM data model. Preferred: worked on CRM implementation. 
- Strong knowledge of multi system landscape architecture and integration aspects between heterogeneous system technologies (Global focus desired). Worked in complex landscapes, familiar with the key drivers of software quality (delivery planning, transports, versions management). 
- Demonstrable experience as primary techno-functional domain leader on successful large SAP projects with the ability to manage resources and multiple priorities levels. 
- Excellent communication skills: at technical level with team, at conceptual level with subject experts. Collaborative attitude. 
- Graduate degree from an accredited college/university 
- Good experience with the Web Application Designer (WAD) or Business Objects tools. Up-to-date ABAP skills.
