SAP BI SERVICE SUPPORT ENGINEERS

SAP BI Service Support Engineers is urgently required for a long-term contract position with a major blue chip client in a great location.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Service Support BI support in SAP BI, SAP BO and SAS landscape.

The focus of the job is to perform tasks within the processes:

- Incident Management
- Change & Release Management
- Capacity & Performance Management

EXPECTED KNOWLEDGE:-

- Knowledge of SAP BI
- Knowledge of SAP BI = SAP BO BI (universe webi, Crystal Reports) = SAP BO Data Service = SAP BO Event Insight
- Knowledge of SAS-tooling in a plus = SAS Visual Analytics = SAS Office Analytics = SAS Enterprise Guide = SAS Data Integration Server With experience in integrating data from SAP, SQL Server, Oracle, files and via ODBC

"EXPECTED EXPERIENCE:-

- Proven experience in operating SAP BI systems
- Proven experience in the tuning of SAP BI systems
- Proven experience in operating SAP BO systems
- Knowledge of SAS tooling is a plus
- fluent in Dutch and has a good knowledge of English
