Je suis actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) consultant(e) SAP BI/BW pour une mission basée à Fribourg, Suisse.

Lieu: Fribourg, Suisse

Démarrage: Juin 2018

Durée: 10 mois

DESCRIPTION:

- The resource will mainly have to deal with distribution topics, but may be also assigned to manufacturing subjects.
- Backend knowledge is required to deeply analyze problems and give detailed information to level 3 for corrections.
- Good communication skills are needed to understand and assist users.
- Provide daily local support (technical & functional - module BW) to Key Users within the Regional SAP competence centre
- Support: Resolve incidents reported by Key Users in accordance with SLA guidelines/Execute standard requests reported by Key Users in accordance with SLA guidelines/Support Key-Users on Tool & Process questions/Coordinate incidents resolution with Global SAPCC (problems management), infra, hotline, when involved/Communicate on incidents resolution to Key-user & Reg.
- Support Testing: Coordinate weekly tests of fortnightly transports to production (inform/remind reg. KU, check tests execution/validation)/Support reg. KU weekly tests/Support reg. KU tests for urgent transport to production/Support reg. KU tests validation

PROFILE:

- L2 and L3 SAP support - 3 to 6 years of experience
- Hands on experience in SAP BW (must)
- Strong experience in BW Back End development/enhancement (must)
- Sense of contact and service with the business (must)
- French (must)/English (must)
