SAP BI/BO 2X CONSULTANTS - BASED IN GENT/BELGIUM - 8 MONTHS - DUTCH SPEAKING

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for two SAP BI BO consultants to join their team for an 8 month contract - Dutch speaking:
THE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
ROLE NO 1
Solution Designer Event Processing
- Based on the BI needs ikv "Smart meters", you have the full technical responsibility for the success of the chosen design, construction, application and integration into the system for a technical specialization.
- You are responsible for the maintenance of a Datawarehouse and associated BI reporting situated within the Smart Metering Tools of the client:
- Based on the monitoring needs, you work it out according to the data model BI regulations. This use as many standard features of the tools.
- You are responsible for monitoring the implementation of the underlying income data model in an Oracle database (current reporting, DWH).
- You are responsible for monitoring the implementation of SAP BO Data Services/SAP BI BO (WebI, Crystal Reports)/SAP BO Dashboards)
- You support the necessary releases to production on the basis of predefined analyzes.
- You check the work performed on the basis of a predefined test plan.
- You will ensure that our monitoring within the correct parameters are monitored so that all errors are immediately visible so that the agreed service levels for the delivered services can be achieved.
- You keep the documentation up to date.
- You are responsible for the successful implementation of requested changes (Maintenance).
- You are responsible for monitoring in the context of the life cycle management and updates/upgrades of existing DWH environment.
Other tasks:
- You will assist the project team in resolving technical issues.
- Based on your expertise to make proposals for improvement
- Good knowledge of SAP BO BI 4.0 (Webi, Crystal Reports, Dashboards)
- Good knowledge of SAP BO Data Services 4.0.
- Good knowledge of monitoring and reporting facilities.
- Knowledge of Oracle 11g (as target system through SAP BO Data Services 4.0. DWH with data populeren and source system for reporting to base)
- Knowledge of various application communication layers.
- Good knowledge of Dutch.
- On the basis of his/her expertise, this person must be able to complete it within 2 weeks to run within the existing team. Self-organization and great learning herein are essential qualities.
- You are communication skills, maintain personal contacts and build up a good relationship with the user community.
- You are a real team player and actively participates in the project work.
- Innovation is one of your strengths so that you are constantly in search of an optimal feasible solution.
- You are analytical, structured and documented works.
- You are able to functional requirements into maintenance BI Applications (eg SAP BO BI, SAP BO Data Services)
ROLE NO 2
Solution Designer Event Processing
Based on the BI needs from event processing "Smart meters", you have the full technical responsibility for the success of the chosen design, construction, application and integration into the system for a technical specialization.
You are responsible for the maintenance of a CEP environment situated within the Smart Metering Tools of the client:
- Based on the monitoring needs, you work it out according to the data model BI regulations. This use as many standard features within the tools.
- You are responsible for monitoring the implementation of the underlying income data model in an Oracle database (current report).
- You are responsible for monitoring the implementation of SAP BO Event Insight
- You provide the necessary releases to production on the basis of predefined analyzes.
- You check the work performed on the basis of a predefined test plan.
- You will ensure that our monitoring within the correct parameters are monitored so that all errors are immediately visible so that the agreed service levels for the delivered services can be achieved.
- You keep the documentation up to date.

- A first experience and knowledge of SAP BO Event Insight is a major plus (knowledge of CQL and building correlation rules is a major plus)
- Knowledge of monitoring and reporting facilities.
- Knowledge of various application communication layers.
- Good knowledge of Dutch.
- Minimum 4 years SAP experience overall.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Business Intelligence.
- More than 5 years experience in the IT world.
- Practical experience in setting up and using the (SAP) monitoring tools within a monitoring landscape.
- Basic knowledge of project methodology.
- On the basis of his/her expertise, this person must be able to complete it within 2 weeks to run within the existing team. Self-organization and great learning herein are essential qualities.
- You are communication skills, maintain personal contacts and build up a good relationship with the user community.
- You are a real team player and actively participates in the project work.
- Innovation is one of your strengths so that you are constantly in search of an optimal feasible solution.
