SAP BC SERVICE SUPPORT EXPERT

DURATION: 6 MONTHS

LANGUAGES: Dutch and English

LOCATION: Merelbeke, Belgium

My prestigious Blue Chip client is seeking a Senior (or expert) SAP BC Service Support Specialist.

You will be responsible together with the SAP Service Support team to support the following platforms: SAP ECC 6.0, ADS, BI, CRM, Gateway, Mobile, PI, PO, Portal, SAPConsole, SLD, Solution Manager, SRM & SAP BO (including Data Services, Event Insight & Predictive Workbench).

THE FOCUS OF THE ALL-IN PACKAGE IS:

- Carry out the daily "keep it running" activities
- Incident & Problem management
- Capacity management
- Analyse the EWA reports
- Tune the SAP systems, so that the performance can be guaranteed
- Perform installations
- Patching & Upgrades
- Perform refreshes & copies

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- SAP BC
- database management on SAP systems (Oracle)
- solving performance problems of SAP systems
- knowledge of the multiple SAP systems mentioned above
- installations on most of the SAP systems mentioned above
- at least 4 years of proven experience in SAP BC projects
- tuning SAP systems
- installation and implementation of SAP Netweaver systems
- administration of Linux systems
- Oracle
- experience with management of SAP BO Data Services is a must
- experience with management of SAP BO Event Insight is a must
- management of ECC 6.0, BI & CHARM
- ITIL optional
