- Responsible to configure, Upgrade & manage the solution manager system
- Work with SAP Technical upgrade for ERP & Portal system
- Manage and Support SAP Technical Infrastructure components that run on ABAP and/or JAVA stacks
- Work with developers and functional representatives to solve Basis level issues.
- Responsible for Performance Tuning/Installations/Upgrades/Monitoring of SAP Application
- Support the SAP Solution Manager
