SAP Basis Project Leader

SAP Basis Project Leader required to join a new European template of SAP ECC

- SAP Basis Project Leader will be responsible for leading a SAP Basis team and delivering the solution over multiple countries in Europe including Germany, UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland
- Be responsible for strategy & planning of the rollout and enhancement pack upgrades
- 10 - 15 years SAP Basis experience
- Strong leadership and Project Management experience
- Strong technical knowledge in SAP ECC FICO, SD, MM and BI on HANA
- Experience in at least 4 multiyear full cycle projects and template rollouts
- Solid knowledge SAP industry development best practices and guidelines
- Experience in developing environments with strong operational and financial compliance requirements
- Experience in developing complex custom modules and programs. Able to coordinate the development of the different component of complex requirements
- Strong problem solving skills to manage incidents and resolution of issues during design and build
- Experience of design and configuration of SAP modules
- Experience of working with offshore teams
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Good consulting and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach, mentor and lead a team
- Ability to manage conflict and bring resolution in line with project objectives
- Pro-active management of risks, future plans and resource requirements
- Open to all EU resident that are willing to travel in Europe, core European sites in Germany and the UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland
