About the role
The System Administration analyst will be responsible for Basis and technology support in new projects. Some major tasks will be related to validation of the solution or providing benchmark designs during the blueprint phases, coordination of delivery of basis and scheduling activities.
The job holder will be in the focal point for interactions between market super users, functional and technical teams, COE technical teams and the outsourced Support Delivery teams. Basis Administrator will be responsible for planning and executing all support activities for International SAP systems.
The consultant must be able to:
*Work with Infrastructure (Basis) Lead to support SAP Systems (XI, BODS, ECC, BW, BOBJ, BODS). Identify and manage Basis and BO/DSS issues throughout the project and work with the technical team to develop mitigation/resolution plans
*Manage and submit changes and service requests according to internal procedures and processes
*Ensure correct and accurate documentation for system builds as required for testing, cutover, and wave go-lives
*Implement technical cutovers and change deployments
