SAP BASIS/AUTHORIZATION - HELSINKI
The purpose of the assignment is to perform activities related to cleaning and re-defining the roles for SAP applications that are migrated to IdM system (Corporate wide access right management system).
Also you will perform the migration related activities, while the management of access right are migrated from current access right management system to IdM system.
BELOW IS DESCRIBED THE TASKS IN HIGH LEVEL.
Results-based delivery of:
Review existing roles and agree with role owner what roles that should remain, what can be combined and what needs to be recreated, including designing new roles
Secure that the roles that have been agreed to remain are following correct naming policy, if not recreate those
Creation of roles for BI, HR (based on redesign concept that was done in 2014) and Solman.
Combine existing roles, create totally new roles, recreate existing roles which are not named correctly.
Coordinating IDC's activities, verifying the IDC actions, monitor that testing is done.
Arranging users to the new roles and delete the old roles
Document the roles into the IdM migration template
Secure that role owner make a full user review and document that
Create migration file including users and send to IdM project, verify the results afterwards
Two FTE resources to the tasks needed
CANDIDATE'S ARE EXPERIENCED IN:
Understanding BI analysis authorizations, Understanding of HR structural authorizations
Capable of creating SAP roles in PFCG profile generator for all systems in scope. Capable of verifying the role changes
Strong understanding of different SAP User and role management area related tables
TS IdM tool and process understanding
Coordinating skills (coordinating testing and role build, creation of the requests to FSS Online tool, verifying the role changes)
