SAP Basis Administrator - Luxembourg

Languages: ENGLISH

Some travel to Belgium will be required.

Skills and experience:

- At least 3 years of experience in SAP Basis consulting, administration and operational control for support and maintenance and implementation projects
- Strong technical skills in SAP installations, upgrades, system copy, SAP performance tuning, authorization setup, language support, applying patches, backup and restore.
- Experienced working in UNIX, Windows environment, and with Oracle database.
- Detailed knowledge of SAP support for security audits and certifications.
- Knowledge of technical infrastructure, networking and system operations.
- University degree with minimum 6 years in IT OR non-university degree with minimum 10 years' experiencein IT.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in in SAP implementation projects.
- Practical experience with formal methodology and its application to the project life cycle.
- Proven experience in implementing and following quality procedures

Description of work:

- Assistance in the analysis, programming and delivery of a solution
- Hands on leadership working individually or with small teams to participate in new projects and support existing applications.
- Responsible for various basis services during implementation project life cycle (authorization administration, load balancing administration, instance administration, performance analysis, system configuration, deployment of SAP support packages, SAP licensing audit, system copies, )
