- 7+ years of SAP experience
- SAP R/3 basis administration including system back-up/recovery, transport management system and system monitoring, tuning & troubleshooting of SAP systems
- Strong Hands-on experience with PI/PO required
- Knowledge of IT systems quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Experience with several of the following: R/3 system, ERP, BW, SCM-APO, SCM-EWM, Live Cache, CRM, GRC, XI (PI), TREX, Enterprise Portal, Solution Manager, Content Server, SAP Gateway, TDMS
- Experience project managing installations and upgrades
- Knowledge of other technologies including Qlikview, LifeRay, Dynatrace a plus
