SAP Authorizations Lead

My Client is a leading consulting firm partnering on major SAP installations and SAP system improvement programs.

A position exists for SAP Authorizations Lead- Role Description

Lead the blueprint and design phase of SAP role redesign projects. Work with the client, offshore teams and third party supplier to understand the design and configuration, and propose technical roles and jobs based on the business design and technical configurations.
Coordinate project and team across multiple sites leading in requirement gathering and preparation for build and test.
Ensure the technical design is free of SoD conflicts, while ensuring that the business activities are not hindered.
Managed an offshore team in the technical build phase, and perform QA on the technical build.
Develop user provisioning and change management processes.

Successfully deliver the project per the required quality and timelines

Skills required-

SAP Security(expert) and GRC (Advanced)
Consumer industry experience
Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to work with client and Consulting teams already on ground
Should have good hands on experience in leading such projects and feel accountable and responsible for the project.
Manage the offshore team to deliver quality deliverables and produce sufficient program management reports to track the overall progress
