SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement Lead - English Speaking - 12 Month Contr

Nicholas Bernard seek a SAP Ariba Enablement Lead for a long term assignment with a prestigious customer to start ASAP. The project is English speaking with Dutch language skills a big bonus.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Serve as primary contact for the Ariba Enablement team
- Gather supplier contact data and validate results from data collection effort
- Plan and support supplier communications
- Approve supplier communications/education materials to be shared with suppliers
- Participate in system test and UAT
- Manage supplier relationships
- Facilitate supplier training sessions (if any)
- AN Administration: Set up customer profile on the AN account
- AN Administration: Create other customer user accounts tied to the AN account
- AN Administration: Configure and manage business rules on the AN account
- Catalogs: Communicate and educate suppliers on catalog requirements and catalogs they must provide
- Catalogs: Ensure suppliers provide correct catalog content
- Lead and ensure effective operations with Ariba global Supplier Enablement
- Review target supplier list with Category Leads and monitor escalation procedure
- Align stakeholders and suppliers with training opportunities, user guides, FAQs, etc
- Manage supplier compliance and escalation process for non-compliance,
- Lead/participate in regular status meetings,
- Promote the initiative internally with category managers, business relationship owners, and AP group; externally with suppliers.
