SAP Ariba Key User

Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a SAP Ariba Key User for a project in the Amsterdam region of the Netherlands.

Our client is currently going through a large SAP project and for this reason they are now looking for a SAP Ariba Key User.

The main responsibilities for this role:

- You develop yourself into a functional SAP Ariba professional to assist users in the event of requests for help, incidents and problems
- You're sparring with colleagues about functional improvements and tests the feasibility of ideas
- You promote SAP Ariba in a way that you train users in the functionalities, taking colleagues note in the possibilities and develop trainings material
- You focus ITIL processes, incident and change management for professional maintenance
- You maintain contact with SAP Ariba 2nd and 3rd lines support and will participate in user groups.
