SAP APPLICATION MANAGER OTC

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

As Functional Application Manager Sales - Order to Cash (OTC) you work within the companies' central SAP Competence Center Applications (CCA). You are responsible for actively maintaining contacts with the business to meet the company's requirements on OTC and sales pricing processes and procedures and ensure their effective deployment within the SAP R/3 system. Together with your colleagues within the CCA Sales team, you act as a sparring partner for the business for OTC and sales pricing questions and are involved in new OTC or sales pricing related assignments/projects from starting point with the requirements analyses phase until going live including after live care. Furthermore you will be responsible for optimizing, extending and maintaining of existing OTC and sales pricing processes and train and advise key-users with regard to optimal usage of OTC and sales pricing related processes in R/3.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- At least 3 years experience with OTC processes in a SAP ECC 6.0 environment
- Strong knowledge of and experience with configuration/customizing of Sales & Distribution functionalities regarding: order fulfillment management, SAP availability check, pricing in sales & distribution, billing, output management, customer master data, and material master data
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP (capable to read ABAP code and debugging)
- Knowledge of CRM 7.0, Web UI and other SAP modules (eg WM, MM) in SAP R/3 and SAP Solution Manager are considered a plus.
- Ability to translate user requirements to system related solutions
- Maintain an overall view on business processes
- Proactive and result oriented way of working
