SAP APO (SNP/PP-DS) CONSULTANT - ENGLISH SPEAKING - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM (4/5 DAYS PER WEEK).

My client in Brussels, Belgium is looking for an SAP APO Consultant.

In the current IT landscape, SAP is supporting logistical demand definition, labelling preparation, (forecasting) packaging operations, cold chain, warehouse activities and QC controls.

The objective of this project is to implement a SAP based planning solution covering:
* recording of demand
* planning & scheduling for pack/label/QA/shipment activities.

For this we are looking for an SAP APO expert who can support the project.

Capabilities:

Must have
* Expert knowledge of SAP APO SNP/PP-DS
* Design of a best practices planning & scheduling solution Embedded in the existing client SAP supply chain context
* Implementing planning & scheduling of different packaging activities, including QA and shipment activities
* Integration with existing SAP DP forecast solution
* Knowledge of supply chain flows (SAP PP/SD)
* Together with the supply chain expert, determine enhancements on existing supply chain solution to have a match with the APO solution
* Ability to write technical (design) specifications for specific Abap developments
* Self-confident/assertive behavior, good workshop participation
* Good analysis & design skills, and solution-oriented thinking
* Good supply chain knowledge
* Knowledge of English (spoken, written). Documentation will be in English.

Differentiators
* Knowledge of SAP APO DP
* Forecasting of stock in a study context
* Knowledge of SAP SD and PP-PI modules
* At least 8 years relevant SAP experience, at least 5 years relevant business experience
* Ability to recommend business process improvement suggestions
* Potential for longer term availability for related/similar project

Deliverables
APO PP-DS/SNP + PP consultant will make contribution to these key deliverables.
* SAP solution design recommendations (eg pro & cons of options)
* Configuration in APO with ECC (MM/WM/QM/PP-PI/SD) touch points
* Master data settings (eg material master) + CIF data transfer
* Impact analysis on existing template, with our SAP competency center

ENGLISH SPEAKING ASSIGNMENT. START: 12TH MAY 2014. 7 MONTH CONTRACT. 4/5 DAYS PER WEEK. LOCATION: BRUSSELS, BELGIUM.
