APO MANUFACTURING SUPPORT CONSULTANT - MUST BE FRENCH AND ENGLISH SPEAKING

Key mission of the role:

- Provides support for the client APO manufacturing team
- Works on continuous enrichment of client template solution
- Direct report to APO team leader

Responsibilities

- Support APO Manufacturing - 50%
- Run 2nd Level support forlive manufactures (take, manage and solve helpdesk calls)
- Organise and co-ordinate meetings with business
- Continuous manufacturing solution enhancement - 20%
- Lead implementation of enhanced existing functions or new functions related to live manufactures
- Training on Level 2 internal consultant - 20%
- Transfer knowledge
- Documentation - 5%
- Customising documentation
- Template process documentation
- Development specification
- Support solution for on-going manufacturing projects - 5%
- Provide expertise on technical issues

- CIF
- APO PP/DS
- APO SNP
- ECC PP
- Working experience
- Min. 4 years SAP APO experience
- Strong support experience
- Working knowledge on integrated SAP solution
