* Application of OSS notes

* Principles of report, screen and form design
* Principles of training
* New trends in the field of information technology
* Superior verbal and written communication skills
* Experience of working with interfaces with other reporting systems, for example consolidation systems
* Principles and techniques of systems analysis, design and testing
