JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is full time member of a cross-functional design team, which has overall responsibility for the design and implementation of intercompany finance processes within the Operating Environment. Major design areas for the team include Intercompany Reconciliation, Intercompany Profit Elimination, Intercompany Service Billings, and Intercompany Data Transfer. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into the correct configuration and technical object construction, and that project standards are followed during design, build, and test of the solution. This role will also ensure that technical intercompany designs work seamlessly with the design of other sub teams within Finance, and across work streams (eg, Order to Cash, Requisition to Pay).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Primary focus of this position is technical system design within the intercompany data transfer area. The intercompany data transfer area encompasses intercompany outbound and inbound invoice processing for material, service, and commission invoices.
- Design of these flows must encompass both movements between entities within the future integrated ECC system, and between ECC and Legacy ERP platforms.
- Activities would include:
- Design/prototyping alternative solutions for complicated invoice to idoc to posting scenarios including those related to (a) integrated transit resale, (b) cross box transit resale, (c) costing related topics, and (d) Retroactive Price Adjustment postings.
- Provide advice and guidance on various approaches by explaining industry best practices of business process and executing solution.
- Oversee effort to fit Danisco into all designed ICDT processes, identifying adjustments where needed.
- Prepare project deliverables including: Process Maps using ARIS modelling tool, Process Design documents, Configuration Rational documents, with special focus on Requirements and Functional Design documents for RICEFWs.
- Document business procedures, configuration changes, test scenarios, test plans and results, and client training materials.
- Prepare for and execute solution reviews with key stakeholders, including members of GPDL team, work stream advisory councils, etc.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be a hands-on consultant who is effective at understanding complex business requirements, and through application of technical knowledge of system capabilities and prototyping, determining the most effective future state design that meets objectives of standardization, transparency, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Expert SAP technical knowledge, with ABAP experience required, ideally including experience working with idocs. Functional knowledge in ECC 6.0 (SD billing, RTP invoice processing, and FI modules) is a plus.
- SAP full project life cycle implementation experience; demonstrated leadership skills.
- Influence and collaboration skills with designers, subject matter experts, and developers.
- Effective oral and written communication skills - ability to converse with both Finance and technical people in a way that they can understand the issue and integrate it in to their work streams.
- Demonstrate ability to design and configure SAP in areas of expertise. Good understanding of the integration points between SAP modules.
