SAP ABAP (CRM) DEVELOPER - DUTCH SPEAKING. GHENT, BELGIUM. 9 MONTH CONTRACT. START 2ND FEBRUARY 2015.

My client based in Ghent, Belgium, is looking for a Dutch speaking Senior SAP ABAP (CRM) Developer/Programmer.

DESCRIPTION:

You will develop, test and document application code according to the standards and based on technical and functional specifications; and this in the context of projects, maintenance, bug fixing and user support. Specifically you will be engaged in the development of a CRM project. You will be responsible for the SAP CRM and SAP NetWeaver Gateway.

TASKS:

- You write, test and document the code in the development environment.
- You work actively to knowledge retention and transfer to your colleagues.
- You leave this to the technical specifications established by the analyst.
- You shall take account of development guidelines and internal IT standards.
- You apply scrupulously the methods in the context of the change and release management process.
- You provide technical advice to the analyst or designer.
- You ensure proper evaluation of the technical feasibility of the requests.
- You treat tickets as part of the incident management process.
- You report to the relevant domain experts and designers.
- You make realistic and accurate estimates to optimally to achieve the proposed planning.

EXPECTED KNOWLEDGE:

TECHNICAL:

- Very good knowledge of the ABAP programming language and the ABAP workbench.
- Very good knowledge of SAP CRM, functional and technical.
- Good knowledge of authorizations in CRM.
- Development, debugging and optimization (performance improvements and problem solving) of Z programs, user exits and function modules.
- You know the OO concepts and can apply them.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- You have at least 6 years experience in a similar position, ABAP programmer, and environment.
- You have experience with SAP CRM configuration and deployment.
- You have experience with SAP NetWeaver Gateway.
- You have extensive experience with GENIL/GLOBE.
- You have experience in projects or maintenance orders on complex SAP systems.
- You are willing to work in the applications thoroughly and implemented processes.
- Experience in optimizing existing Z programs.
- Experience in a process driven organization is an asset.
- Experience with ITIL processes is nice to have.

LANGUAGES:

- Must speak, read and write fluently in Dutch and English.
