SAN Technical Consultant

For our international client, we are urgently looking for a technical consultant with knowledge on the following product:

Integration of the new HP B-Series DC SAN Director (8 Slot)

Brocade SAN Design and Implementation

Core-Edge implementation with existing:
HP B-Series 8/40 Edge Switches
HP B-Series 8/24 C-Class Enclosure Switch
HP B-Series SN6000B Edge Switches

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
Architect to evaluate future options on SAN architecture
Update of the existing architecture document
Help/Lead current SAN switch movement
Implement future SAN architecture
Migrate security to utilise RADIUS based logon.

You will have experience and be familiar with the following products:

Switch to upgrade in the design is:
HP B-Series DC SAN Director (8 Slot)

The target would be to stay with Brocade to integrate with the existing SAN components, even if it is the Edge Switches.

The new component is highly likely to be the:
HP B-Series SN8000B Switch

The other components we have in the SAN are:
HP B-Series 8/40 Edge Switches
HP B-Series 8/24 C-Class Enclosure Switch

Language required: English only

Start Date: 1st October

Duration: 3 - 6 months
