THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
- You will be coordinating the build of transmissions within the R&D department. In this build process, you will be responsible for the logistics flow from build request to delivering a functional and approved transmission to the Test Center.
- You co-operate with internal departments such as project and application management, hardware engineering, proto shop, test center, warehouse management, quality, purchasing and logistics.
-You will be responsible for a good and transparent communication flow within and between the different teams.
-You will ensure and improve the quality of the proto build process within the project teams.
-You will report to the PMO Manager within the R&D department
THE INDIVIDUAL
- You have a bachelor's degree (industrial, electromechanical or mechanical) or equivalent by experience.
- You have thorough knowledge and experience in the field of mechanics, logistics and production (preferably in an automotive environment).
- You are a strong team player and a good improviser.
- Thanks to your clear communication skills and good knowledge of English, you are proficient in organizing and reporting on-time build schedules.
- You are a perseverant person with a goal-oriented, analytical and out-of-the-box mindset.
