Salesforce.com Technical Lead/Illinois/$60-$80 per hour

A Salesforce.com Partner based in Illinois is looking for a few Salesforce.com Technical Leads to add to their team over the next month. The partner is a medium sized practice experiencing significant growth.

The main duties of this SFDC Technical Lead will be managing medium sized projects. The candidate will go onsite, with a Business Analyst, and talk through the needs of the client. After the needs are gathered, the Technical Lead will work with and delegate to Developers what needs to be done.

To be considered for this position, you should have the following skills and experience:

3+ Years of Salesforce.com Development
1+ Year as a Salesforce.com Business Analyst
Extensive knowledge of Apex and Visual Force
Previous experience working within and delegating to a team
Excellent client facing and communication skills
SFDC Certifications are a plus but not required

This contract position is a 6-12 month project, offering a competitive rate of $60-$80 per hour depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing salesforce.com consulting practice with a high chance of long-term extension.
