Salesforce.com Solutions Architect

Salesforce.com Solutions Architect-Washington D.C - $90-110/hour

This Client is looking for a Solutions Architect to start a 6 month contract as soon as possible! A SFDC Solution Architect in this role will be responsible for the implementation, integration and customization of Sfdc applications for customers from project initiation to full customer production rollout. This position will require an expert in Salesforce functionality, technology, and implementation in order to provide the accounts and team with pre-sales activities, solution consulting, leadership and mentoring.

Skills:
*Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations within Salesforce
*3+ years of experience working with SFDC
*Hands-on experience with SFDC Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
*Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC
*Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and structures, SQL, structured system analysis and design patterns
*Experience in overseeing the technical direction, development, and implementation of SFDC software solutions
*Understands complex ETL and data migration practices with experience performing multiple complex data migrations to SFDC
*Work with leads to transform and develop new requirements into designs, development approaches and implementation
*Ability to comprehend client requirements and provide business solutions while leading the design and execution of those solutions
*Demonstrates an extensive understanding of the SFDC ecosystem and technical architectures
*Demonstrates expert understanding of the SFDC development processes, serving as a resource to others
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Proven experience in mentoring and coaching team members
*Strong knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM Processes
