Salesforce.com Project Manager - ASAP Start - NYC - $100/120 ph

My client, a market leading and award winning retail organization, is urgently seeking a Salesforce.com Project Manager to drive their Salesforce.com Service Cloud implementation.

Having reaped the rewards of their initial Salesforce.com Sales Cloud implementation two years ago, this dynamic and forward thinking company have continued to show their faith in Salesforce.com by expanding into Service Cloud and are already looking at additional products and add ons for future enhancements.

This is a huge opportunity to join an organization who see Salesforce.com as a major driver in their continued success and serves as a platform for you to make your mark on a greenfield Salesforce.com Service Cloud implementation.

The contract will be an initial 6 months with a very good chance of extension.

As Salesforce.com Project Manager you will be responsible for the following

*Defining CRM strategy and project roadmap for Salesforce.com Service Cloud implementation
*Hosting workshops to elicit business requirements from stakeholders
*Being accountable for delivery of multiple project streams
*Managing and leading the project team
*Managing delivery within agreed costs, timescales and governance
*Managing the benefit realisation workshop with senior stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have the following skills

*12months +' Salesforce.com experience
*Extensive project management experience
*Proven track record of successful Salesforce.com implementations, Service Cloud being preferred but not a must have
*Strong stakeholder management skills
*Excellent leadership and motivational capabilities
*Strong time management and organization skills
