Salesforce.com Programme Manager - $100-120 per hour - NYC

A brand new position just opened up with one of my top clients in NY, NYC. We are actively seeking a Salesforce.com Program Manager to oversee SFDC platform features, leading, training and delivery of core global processing systems and exercise best Salesforce practices.

The Salesforce candidate will have oversight, supervision, and management of all SFDC programs and services as required. This person will also develop and maintain technical services using numerous resources provided by the client. The Salesforce.com Program Manager will interact with top level executives, the director of technology, and end users to help monitor and report on progress of work plans and budgets.

Core Responsibilities:
*Perform monthly reports of project status, risks, opportunities, and overall portfolio
*Ensure development and implementation of projects and programs are delivered in a timely manner and line up with budgets, scope, and quality expectations.
*Work with 3rd party vendors and end users to meet business needs
*Provide quality assurance of ongoing projects
*Facilitate meetings with high end stakeholders to gather requirements, scope projects, and brainstorm
*Provide consultation as needed to staff regarding Salesforce projects

Qualifications:
*4+ years of Salesforce experience in product management and leadership
*Bachelor's degree in Business Technology, Administration, Project Management
*Experience in program development, budgeting, and business management.
*Proven ability of effective team building, possessing excellent communication, both written and verbal
*Proven ability to create evaluation plans and demonstrate ability to analyze data
