Salesforce.com Developer

The candidate will be responsible for building objectsarticulating and implementing changes using the Front End while understanding the impacts of changes to the system and users. This individual is expected to participate in the interactions with the business users to obtain and drive requirements or understand their needs. They may be included in basic development, troubleshooting, analysis, design, user success and implementation of Force.com platform solutions.

- Knowledge of Apex, Visual Force, SQL.
- Basic Qualifications: Software Development, Programming, System Administration, Building Software Solutions, and Evaluating Business Requirements
- Looking for an experienced Salesforce.com developer with particular experience at the Administrator and the Technical, Theory and Process Levels
- Experience with Java desired
- Building Objects, Fields, Workflow, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Validating Data, building reports and user dashboards
- Understanding of the SFDC Security Model, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, etc.
- Basic Understanding of the development aspects of the Force.com Platform. (Standard vs. Visualforce/APEX)
- Research & Lead: Evaluate new software, providing data Analytics, Leading Interactive Meetings for obtaining requirements.
- Documenting Processes Using PowerPoint, Visio, and other documenting tools.
- Closing Tickets, Closing Team Administrative Tracking Information
- Strong Business Technical Skills, Supporting Sales, Services, Marketing, Finance & Project Management
- Good Communication/Interfacing Skills relating to Business Processes, programming and auditing.
- Business Analytics Experience - Knowledge & Development (Dashboards & Reporting)

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

- Associates or technical degree, Bachelors Preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- A minimum of 3 year of general work experience
- 1+ Salesforce.com Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year experience with Salesforce Administration and understanding of the Business Functions within the tool suite.
- CRM Experience AND/OR working with Sales, Finance and Support teams.
