Your tasks:
+ Implement and configure Salesforce Duplicate Management
+ Cleanse data in Salesforce (Accounts, Contacts), eg.
+ Duplicates
+ Validation against SAP CRM and Bisnode/Dun&Bradstreet data
+ Identification and deletion of unused data
+ Define concept for ongoing data quality and reports (best practice, Salesforce standard functionality incl. Apps)
+ Document Salesforce Quality Policy and manual.
+ Certified Salesforce Administrator
+ Proven knowledge of SAP CRM7
+ Data base analysis skills
+ Ability to communicate effectively on different levels within the organisation
+ Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
+ Good team-working and conflict management
+ Ability to work independently, accurately and timely and to prioritize
+ Fluent in English and German
