SALESFORCE.COM CRM ADMINISTRATOR SEATTLE, WA 6 MONTH CONTRACT

As the Salesforce.com CRM Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for multiple user groups and sales teams who require maintenance, configuration, reporting, and training. You will also interface with various teams and produce all the reporting needed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage the Salesforce.com CRM application: maintain functional areas of data management, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports
- Maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
- Identify SF.com usage problems and craft technical/communication plans to Remedy
- Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
- Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
- Participate in data integration process with other enterprise applications
- Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
- Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
- Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues.
- Drive and increase customer adoption and ensure satisfaction

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Formal Salesforce.com training and or certification, ie Salesforce.com Administration Essentials (ADM201)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com for 100+ users
- Experience with Excel or Access
- Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture
- Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Salesforce.com Advanced Administration (ADM301)
- Advanced Excel proficiency (vlookups, macros, solver, regression) a strong plus
- Experience with a marketing automation platform such as Pardot, Marketo or Eloqua
- Working knowledge of Apex and Visualforce
- Ability to collect metrics, analyze data and compile Salesforce.com reports for sales programs
- Ability to extract and synthesize data, conduct analysis, and make strategic business recommendations
- Demonstrated professionalism interacting with all levels of user community
- Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise
- Understanding of database concepts and data management
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
