Yoh has a contract-to (possible)-hire opportunity for a SALESFORCE.COM COORDINATOR/SME to join our client in Syracuse, NY.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Salesforce.com Coordinator will help maintain the integrity of the company's database content to support sales initiatives.
- The SFDC Coordinator job is to ensure that Salesforce.com is up-to-date with the correct information (cross referenced between tables, de-duplication performed, and removal of invalid data, etc.) and that any imports or extracts of data are well defined, coded and executed correctly for the intended purpose.
- Additionally, the SFDC Coordinator will work closely with the sales team to import/enter sales related data from the field to properly build opportunity and forecast reporting.
- This position works with business users, sales team and corporate to understand requirements and expectations for reports required by the various functions.
- Develop reports, dashboards and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity related to marketing, operational and sales using SFDC.
- Responsible for lead qualification, de-duping, lead imports for Marketing and Sales.
- Develop training plans, materials and documentation for database users, keep material up-to-date, and coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions for resellers and staff.
- Assist users with report design and management.
- Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, or modifications) to improve.
- Develop and communicate a schedule for future database releases/enhancements.
- Manage ongoing support request for administrative needs of internal users.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint).
- Knowledge understanding of basic business processes.
- Experience in data collection/analysis, reporting, and database programming.
- Effective time management, organizational, and attention to detail skills are critical as candidate will manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines.
